Yes, the ‘Genuss Plus’ buffet is included for hotel guests as part of half board.

Do I need to reserve a table?

No, all guests have their assigned seats in the breakfast room, which also applies to the evening buffet.

Can I book just the buffet without being a hotel guest?

As a rule, this offer is exclusively for hotel guests. If there is free capacity, participation may be possible upon request.

What is so special about eating early?

Enjoying it early on ensures greater well-being, better digestion – and more time to round off the evening at the bar.

Are there different dishes every day?

Yes, the buffet offers a variety of dishes that change daily, using seasonal and regional ingredients.

Where is the buffet held?

In the hotel breakfast room, at the guests' usual seats.

What are the opening hours of the wellness area?

Open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Is access to the wellness area included in the room price?

Access to the sauna, steam bath and relaxation rooms is free of charge for hotel guests. The solarium is charged at € 15.

Is there a dress code in the wellness area?

In saunas and steam baths, it is customary to bathe without clothing. In the relaxation areas, we ask that you wear a towel or bathrobe.

May I use my mobile phone in the wellness area?

To ensure peace and relaxation for all guests, we kindly request that you set your mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from making calls.

Is there an age restriction for the wellness area?

Admission is restricted to guests aged 16 and over to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.

Can I consume drinks in the wellness area?

Water and juices are available free of charge in the relaxation area. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Are there lockers or secure storage facilities?

Yes, free lockers are available in the changing area.

Are there toilets in the wellness area?

Yes, clean and well-maintained toilet facilities are available directly in the wellness area.

Is there music or entertainment in the wellness area?

Relaxing music plays softly in the relaxation rooms.

Are there showers in the wellness area?

Yes, several showers are available directly next to the saunas.

We offer garden rooms, mountain view rooms, family rooms, designer double rooms, deluxe double rooms and an apartment – all furnished in a cosy Tyrolean style.

How big are the rooms?

Our double rooms are approximately 20–25 m² in size, while family rooms offer up to 30 m² of space for up to 4 people. The flat is approximately 100 m2 in size.

Do all rooms have a balcony?

Most of our rooms have their own balcony with stunning views of the Zillertal Alps or the garden. Please specify when booking if desired.

Is there a coffee machine in the room?

A coffee station is also available in Deluxe Rooms and Apartments.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

The rooms are cleaned daily.

Are there televisions in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable connection.

Can I get a cot or an extra bed?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a cot or an extra bed – please specify when booking.

Is there free Wi-Fi in the room?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all rooms.

Are towels and bed linen included?

Of course! Towels, bed linen and daily room cleaning are included in the price.

Is there a safe in the room?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a free safe where you can securely store your valuables.

Yes, breakfast is included in the room price for all direct bookings.

What does the breakfast buffet offer?

Our buffet includes a selection of fresh bread rolls, pastries, cheese, cold meats, jams, muesli, yoghurt, fruit, egg dishes and hot drinks.

Are there vegetarian options?

Yes, we offer vegetarian options every day.

Are gluten-free or lactose-free products also available?

Yes, we have gluten-free bread rolls and lactose-free dairy products available – please let us know in advance.

May I bring guests for breakfast?

Yes, external guests are welcome. The price for breakfast is € 27 per person.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in our cosy breakfast room.

Is it possible to have breakfast outside?

When the weather is nice, you are welcome to enjoy your breakfast on our sun terrace.

Are there any sweet things for breakfast?

Yes, our buffet offers croissants, cakes, honey, Nutella, jams and seasonal desserts.

Do I have a fixed seat at breakfast?

Yes, all guests have a fixed seat in the breakfast room, which remains reserved for the duration of their stay. This means you can enjoy breakfast every morning in a relaxed manner without having to search for a seat.
