Prices & Discounts

Prices per person per day in a comfort room with breakfast or gourmet plus board, use of sauna, Wi-Fi and parking space.
Plus local tax € 2.60 per person aged 15 and over.
Child discounts: 0–3 years free (we are happy to provide a cot free of charge on request)
4 - 6 years -70% | 7 - 14 years -50% | 15 - 18 years -20% (child discounts apply when there are two adults per room)
Short stay surcharge € 10 per person and room

General information

Arrival: Your rooms are usually available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and will be kept for you until 6 p.m. If you arrive later, please let us know by telephone or email.
Departure: On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. Our reception is open from 8 a.m. If you are leaving earlier, you are welcome to settle your bill the day before by 7.30 p.m.
Wellness & sauna: Open daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. in winter. In summer, access is available on request.
Use of our WiFi is free of charge.
Parking: There are plenty of free parking spaces available.
Dogs: Your dog is very welcome. We charge €20 per day (excluding food, including final cleaning).
We can only guarantee some room categories for a minimum stay of one week – thank you for your understanding.
There is no lift in the building, but four of our garden rooms are accessible at ground level.
Late check-out: On request and subject to availability, you can keep your room until 2 p.m. – we charge €40 per room for this.

Booking & Payment

The standard prices apply in winter for a booking period of 5 days and in summer for a booking period of 3 days or more.
Room reservation: The final reservation of rooms is made after the deposit has been paid. The conditions of the Austrian and international hotel regulations apply. To avoid further cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Payment: We accept cash, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. Please check with your bank about the debit limit on your card.

Payment policy: When paying by credit card, 25% is due 45 days before arrival and 75% 5 days before arrival.
When paying by bank transfer, 20% is due upon confirmation of booking and 80% upon departure.

Cancellation policy

From December 2022, the cancellation conditions according to the Austrian hotel and contract conditions will apply. Room cancellations are only valid in writing. To avoid further cancellation costs, we recommend taking out. cancellation insurance.

From 1 month before the arrival date: 15% of the total package price.
From 14 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total package price.
From 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price.
